Generalities and Objectives
Article 1. In order to expand and advance and improve the science and technology of cryptography and the security of the information exchange space, and to help the quantitative and qualitative development of expert forces and to improve educational and research affairs in the relevant fields, the Iranian Society of Cryptology is formed, which is called the association from now on in this constitution.
Article 2. The association is a scientific, non-profit and non-political institution and is formed for an unlimited period and is required to comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Members and members of the association do not have the right to engage in political activities in the name of the association.
Article 3. The association has an independent legal personality from the date of registration, and its president is the legal representative of the association.
Article 4. The center of the association is in Tehran, and if necessary, the association can have branches in the cities.
Tasks and Activities
Article 5. In order to achieve the goals mentioned in Article 1 of this statute, the association will take the following actions:

5-1. Establishing and consolidating scientific communication between researchers and experts who are somehow related to science and technology. Password and security of communication and computer.

5-6. Persuading and encouraging experts, researchers and students to advance relevant scientific activities and honor distinguished professors and researchers,

5-7. Development and promotion of the culture of correct use of science. And encryption technology and security of communications and computers and providing related social and economic legal guidelines,

5-8. Helping to carry out scientific, cultural, social and historical research in the field of the association's activity,

5-9. Doing any other scientific activities that in the form of the provisions of this statute, it is necessary to achieve the goals of the association.
